Ok... so as you all know... we have been sick around here the past week or so... (thanks for the comments of sympathy from my last post)
well this has turned into a blessing in disguise...
kolton our sweet little 8 month old baby refuses to nap... and refuses to go to bed w/out a fight... but since i have been sick... i knew i just couldnt deal with him one night.... so at jaxons bedtime i just laid him in his crib... and walked out of the room. mostly thinking i would just let him scream for an hour so i could have a break..... well half an hour later both boys were ASLEEP! mark and i just looked at eachother in dissbeleif... we haven't had a night like this in 8 months!!! it was 9pm and it was just the 2 of us!!! WOW!
we've tried it now 3 nights in a row... and LAST night kole didn't even CRY! what the?! Why hasn't this worked before?! I have no idea... but i'm seriously so happy i could cry.

HURRAY!!! Sleep! One of those things I seriously didn't appreciate enough until I became a mom... along with using the restroom by yourself, and having clothes with spit-up on the shoulders and grease stains on the knees... Congrats!
